Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job Information
Description Ron Tonkin Chevrolet is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service professional. Answer high volume multi-line switchboard, greet and assist customers in person and on phone, filing, data entry, assist Sales Managers and Sales Staff, and other clerical/administrative tasks as needed. Days/Hours: Thursday 3:00 - Close, Friday Noon - Close, Sunday, 10:00 - 7:00, but must be able to work flexible hours and days to fill in for vacations and other administrative shifts as needed.
Requirements Receptionist/Front Desk experience handling a high volume, multi-line switchboard. Professional appearance and phone voice Excellent customer service skills. Computer/Microsoft Office proficiency. Stable work history and verifiable references. Responsible and self-directed! At least 18 years of age, able to pass criminal background check and drug screen. Preference given to applicants with experience in the Automotive industry. MOST IMPORTANT: Must be dependable and able to work all of the scheduled hours EVERY WEEK! Students are welcome to apply, but must be able to continue working in the Fall. This is NOT Summer Employment.

Compensation
